FAQ: HERE'S EVERYTHING YOU WANT
TO KNOW ABOUT YOUR NEW VIVOWHITE SMILE

Q. How does the Vivowhite System work?

A. We are a dental company that sells this same equipment and these same chemicals to dentists worldwide. Our proprietary whitening gel is applied to the bite tray and is activated by our Vivowhite Professional LED light. The formulation will reduce the appearance stains and whiten your teeth up to seven shades in just 15 minutes. Our trained whitening professional is there to explain the procedure and assist in this unique customer applied technique. Basically, everything is the same as if you went to your dentist except once the bleaching material is applied to the bite tray the customer puts it in his or her own mouth making it a cosmetic procedure. Again theses are the same FDA approved materials we sell to dentists worldwide yielding the same results in just 15 minutes.

Q. How does this process take and what are the results?

A. Results can vary as everyone is different. The grade of your teeth and your age can affect the process, but we recommend a 15 minute treatment. Nearly everyone sees amazing results in just one treatment.

Q. How Long will the results last?

A. One to two years is not unusual and depends greatly on lifestyle. If you drink coffee, tea, red wine and soda on a daily basis your results may not last as someone who only drinks water. Smokers will have great results but will have to repeat the procedure more often than non-smokers. We do recommend the daily use of our Vivowhite Pen as a daily maintenance.

Q. How often should I use the Vivowhite maintenance pen?

A. The Vivowhite maintenance pen is recommended for use anywhere at anytime. It quickly removes stains from coffee, tea, wine and tobacco keeping your newly whitened teeth Vivowhite.

Q. Is the VivoWhite process safe?

A. Research has shown that the teeth and gums are normal and healthy there are no adverse effects to whitening one's teeth.

Q. Who may benefit from the Vivowhite process?

A. Almost everyone can enjoy the benefit of the professional whitening process if their teeth and gums are healthy. Remember, teeth can not be made whiter than genetically possible. Tetracycline stains are very difficult to hide.

Q. I have a crown on my anterior or front teeth. Will your product whiten my crown?

A. No. The standard procedure is to whiten all natural teeth. However, if a crown has already been in place for many years the whitening process can return the rest of the natural teeth, (which your dentist matched the shade of the crown to) to the original shade prior to the crown placement. The same is true for composites, bridges, and veneers.

Q. Is the gel and peroxide in your product the same as that from my dentist?

A. Absolutely we are a dental company that sells this same equipment and these same chemicals to dentists worldwide.

Q. Is this procedure done by a dentist?

A. This is a cosmetic process and a customer applied technique that is provided by a teeth whitening professional not a dentist.

Q. What causes stains?

A. Some teeth are naturally pigmented or stained as they develop. Typically, stains come from exposure to tea, coffee, smoking, juices, colas, wine, age, or just about anything that would stain a white tee shirt.

Q. Are there any side effects?

A. Some people may feel a little tingling sensation,, white gum line, or sensitivity, all of which are normal, not harmful and will not last long.

Q. How long before I can eat or drink after my
treatment?

A. During the last 24 hours after the treatment we recommend avoiding coffee, tea, dark colored sodas, red wines, berries, candy, red sauces, beets, or any foods that have the propensity to stain. Remember if it can stain a white tee shirt it can stain your teeth.

Q. Is whitening for everyone?

A. Pregnant an nursing mothers, children under the age of 16, and diabetics should consult their physician prior to undergoing any whitening procedure.
